People mean that youtube shorts are like a 2 year delayed tiktok Meaning that they mainly do old now unpopular trends. So basicly the slang means someone is not with the times.
Youtube shorts kid: Have you seen the doge memes. Person: Yeah like ten years ago. Youtube shorts kid: WHAT THE YOUTUBE SHORT SHORT ONLY CAME OUT 1 DAY AGO?!?!?! Person: He is such a Youtube shorts kid.
A kid that is addicted/too into YouTube shorts, and tends to say the newest (or reuploaded) memes out loud.
