A phrase used when something shitty happens to you that is unfortunate and undesirable, such as someone else's sweaty ballsack on you.

Used as a battle cry before a vicious play in a sporting event. Usually a blocked shot in basketball

a combination of "fuck me" and "oh, balls!". Preferably screamed in the middle of a large crowd.
