the ensued effect from taking A LOT of xanax. One is "drunk" cleanly, and usually said person does not remember previous affairs or cannot recollect memory well enough to give detailed accounts of past actions and occurrences.

Friend #1 -"Aye brah! Did you see that fight last night?! Shit was crazy!"
Friend #2 -"Nahhhh... I was Bar'ed out. I dont remember shit."

COVID-BAR'ed

thoroughly confused, disordered, damaged or ruined due to the COVID virus.

Usually referring to data issues.
Often used by actuaries.
