He took the blue pill last night, woo what a ride!
A pill of ecstasy. Named a 'blue pill' for two different reasons; - The first reason is that quite a few, although not all, ecstasy pills are colored blue. - The second reason is that it is a spoof off 'The Matrix' when Morpheus gives Neo Anderson the choice between the red pill, or the blue pill - the blue pill is a distortion of reality, as is ecstasy.
"I slipped a blue pill into her drink!"
as a noun. A lie. as a verb. Tell a lie or believe one.
1. Mark: Dude, I'd like to have a large steak for dinner... John: You're girlfriend is cooking, don't take the blue pill. 2. - You said it was only a rash, not gonorrea. - I bluepilled you *lol* - Damn, I'm adopted! No wonder all my classmates are NK's. I was totally blue pilled my whole life :(
Man1: Take the blue pill. Man2: It means nothing. Go home. I lost it. My dog ate it. Tea kettle!
Taking the easy way out, choosing to ignore the harsh reality and live in blissful ignorance.

A general name given to anyone not yet unplugged from the matrix.
