A less intelligent version of the original "Bumfuck, Egypt." n.; orig. US milit. jargon Bumfuck, Egypt, a very distant and remote place Bumfuck is not a real city in Egypt. It is the proper noun for a mythical city used as a metaphor for a very remote location.
Normal people end up in Bumfuck, Egypt, but I'm retarded so I inadvertently sent him to Buttfuck, Egypt, instead.
