A Chicken Lickin' Road, or CLR is a 6'7" Chicken that has been spotted by a Chicken Hauler, Can not Name Names.This 6'7" chicken has some kind of mutation and is colored like a woods duck. It is said to head out into the lanes of Interstate 90 exit 35,Harborcreek Exit. It is said that the Mutated chicken licks the roadway and that a Chicken Hauler seen the giant bird and hit the Jake and trailer brakes and jack knifed that night!

The source of the grubby fingers may be anything, not necessarily fried chicken nor any food. The phrase can be used to describe anyone with poor perslnal hygeine who leaves grubby hand marks all over which create grimy and sticky door handles, windows, walls, etc.
