a chu is a person that is a tramp living of the streets the definition chu is someone thats worse than a wasteman or brushman. Basically a wanna be gangsta but cant seem to get any money and always lives in a dayream about what he wants. Also a crackhead who dosent eat or do anything with their lives only spends money (if they get any) on crack.
