Used as a complement to an insult to reinforce it

1. (France) (Very vulgar and very offensive) Goddamn motherfucker, fucking cunt.
2. (France) (Very vulgar) Motherfucking.
"Enculé" literally means "buggered". "Race" usually refers to ethnicity but it is also used as an generic strengthener for swearwords, thus the racial meaning is not evident. A French tribunal considered it could not be automatically considered as a punishable ethnic slur.
Va te faire foutre, enculé de ta race ! = Bugger off goddamn motherfucker
Il fait chaud, enculé de sa race ! = It's motherfucking hot.
