Origin: since it is the different from "gettin' high", it's known as "feelin' low" An intense feeling, used sometimes as alternative to drugs, that occurs after a huge dump. Sometimes also known as "Get low".
A: Wanna do some drugs, get high? B: No, I don't do drugs. I'm takin' a dump, wanna get/feel low.
