Hick Hop is a blending of two musical styles. It is country and rap coming together. Made popular by Cowboy Troy otherwise known as Troy Coleman.

Rap Fan: I did not like country music until I heard hick hop. Country Fan: Well I did not like rap till I heard hick hop.
