A fork of Rural Dictionary
This can be either a term for a dark skinned buddhist, or a black male with a very bulbous belly and bald head. It is said that if you rub his belly you will have good luck for a time.
"Did you see that Jiggabuddha near the back of the temple?" -or- "Get over here Jigabbuddha, I wanna rub your belly!"
