A person who routinely and continually screws up in varying degrees (ranging from forgetting to take out the trash to crashing a car to accidentally launching the nukes). Once someone becomes a sac, it is very difficult to revert back to a normal state of being due to a snowballing effect of their frequent fuck-ups piling up on each other. The origin of 'sac' can be traced back to circa 2015 when it was first used by a girl to describe her sister's pattern of messing up. Sac is most commonly used as a noun or adjective but can also be used as a verb, adverb, pronoun, or interjection. Similar to boob from Drake and Josh or derp. Not to be confused with ballsack.
