10 year old kids who frequently play m rated games(call of duty, GTA V), or minecraft, and they have an obnoxious behaviour(they diss almost everybody who are playing with them) because of their squeaky voice. (this comes from spanish speaking countries)

Rat-boy is a neglected child who decided to live in the sewers with the rats, the only ones who would accept him. He lives today to put fear in children as he raises his army of rat soldiers and mice minions! He also creeps kids out by talking to people in the shower like that weird clown in the movie "It", freeky shit man i pissed my pants, i hate clowns. Anyway, be prepared for the uprise of ratboy! (and clowns) Lock and load your guns, get your tangelows, whatever you need for the end! -P.S. Clows really hate tangelows.

Rat Boys are basically roadmen that are in your school. These boys are the ones who shout random words in the halls while bounce-walking. If you go to secondary school in the UK, these are the boys that are in 5th and 6th year, "Weasel Boys" are in 3rd and 4th year and "Mouse Boys" are the ones in 1st and 2nd year. The only thing you need to look out for when trying to find a Rat Boy, just look for the roadmen in the school.

Example Rat Boy 1: "EL CHAPO!!!" Rat Boy 2: "OHHHHH, YOU WANT TO GO OUT FOR A CIGGY?" Rat Boy 1: "YEAH BRUV, BUT FIRST WE GOTTA GET SOME UNDERAGE SKETS!" Rat Boy 2: "FRICK YES MATE! LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
