A slang term only used when something is extremely badass and or very fun.
Person 1: Yo, what did you do last night man?
Person 2: I went to this party and got my first blow job!
Person 1: So Sick!
Meaning that everything is not going so well. (See "So far so sick")
"How is your day going?"
"So far not so sick."
or,
"How's the game shaping up?"
"So far not so sick."
