A term used to describe men from the Balkan Peninsula. These include Albania, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, parts of Greece and Turkey, and many more. Basically, white men who do not look like the nordic and west European white men. they got a little spice to them, often have dark hair and olive skin.

Comes from distinct cultures separate from Northern Europe, i.e. (white) Hispanics, Spaniards, Italians, Greeks, etc. Overlaps with Mediterranean people but not all spicy whites are Mediterraneans (i.e. the Balkans).
