A word now used to describe someone on a power trip, and has a stick of confidence shoved so far up his ass that he can't help but distort his posture to make him look more powerful.

Someone who is on a power trip in the bedroom but isn't actually skilled. Someone who talks the talk but can't perform
He is such a STIPP, I wouldn't waste my time with him tonight.
