a combination of being stressed out and pissed off, not to be confused with pissed out (dehydrated)
I was going to get off work early today but then my boss made me stay and cover a girl's shift, who called out even though she wasn't sick. I was stressed off.
Figure of speech used to describe the a level of stress so high that one dreams of, or comes close to ending it all and jumping off a bridge.
"Man I am stressed off a bridge right now; I don't know what I'm gonna do."
"Sucks man....can I have your stereo?"
Stressed and pissed off. Stress that is caused by being angry, or an equal combination of irritated and overwhelmed.
This deadline is unreasonable. I’m so stressed-off!
The feeling of being both stressed, and pissed off at the situation at hand.

2) "Mom's looking kind of rough.." - "Yeah, she had a long day. She's stressed off".
