A fork of Rural Dictionary
An extremely questionable weekend destination in Canton, N.Y. where college students go. One "dances" in the Tick-Tock, and is tipically inebreated at this location. One also tends to go with the intent of getting laid.
"Wow, the Tick-Tock was a waste of five dollars." "Dude, I know, we just gave away our money to the Fat Man." "I was so drunk at the Tick-Tock, I don't remember making out with him at all!"
A slang phrase used by someone when someone else is either taking too long or is hesitant.
Friend 1: “You said that if I bought you a drink, you’d go ask that snipe to dance with you, so come on!” Friend 2: “.....” Friend 1: “Well?! Tick tock!”
describes the rhythm of buttocks in motion, esp. desirable ones. "tock" is short for BUTT-tocks. "tick-tock" is also onomatapoeic, describing the sound made by shoes or high heels.
here's how it might be used in conversation: George W. Bush: "tick-tock, twelve-o-clock." (the girl walking right in front of us has a fantastic ass i can't stop looking at. are you looking at it too?) Dick Cheney: "tick TOCK." (yes, i see. it is quite remarkable) George W. Bush: "tick-tock you don't stop" (i could look at that ass forever) Dick Cheney: "you know what time it is." (i agree wholeheartedly) George W. Bush: "tick...tock...tick...tock" Dick Cheney: "hmmmm... tick-tock, three o'clock." (look to your right) George W. Bush: "tick TOCK." etc.
