v. phrase. British euphemism for emptying one's bladder. Similar to watering the cricketfield, but with more urgency and volume.

To urinate against a fence/wall/tree or simply directly on to the floor between 5 and 10 paces of one's living quarters. Primarily used at campsites by males.
