woo me used to celebrate that great person who is your self. Started out when someone yelled 'woo debbie' to me as I walked past so I replied with 'Woo me'. Use as a celebratory phrase.
boss: I have to tell say you did a really good job last nigh. I may give you a promotion. me: Woo me!!!
