As Jimbo ends his "Yo Mama" joke ( directed towards Leroy), Leroy counters with, "You a lie."
Something some students in Washington say when a friend, family member, etc tells a lie. Roots: "You a Lie" is used most frequently, and was brought up from the TV show "Meet the Browns."
