1. (v.) The rejection in a traditional form of secret ballot, wher.e a black ball or ballot constitutes a vote in support and a white ball signifies opposition.
2. (v.) To conspire or vote against Black people in a deliberate effort to silence them.
3. (n.) A ball that is white.
