Devlan is an uncommon name normally given to boys . They have great eyes and a weird but nice smile . While some Devlans are most likely normal they can also be insane and crazy which makes people happy . If you have a devlan you should be considered lucky considering they're rare. But be careful they don't steal your partner ;).
