Normally when a girl likes the boy she says it in a specifically, her tone and body language is everything, if she says it sarcastically and roles her eyes, she doesn't like you, periodt, if she says it in a bubbly tone and laughs a little or giggles, she probably likes you.
Boy: Shut up!
Girl: Make me
