A word to describe someone who consumes alcohol to so much excess that they are vomitting before 12 o clock midnight on a night out.

Used to describe someone who often flaps out last minute on plans, they are a massive melt and lets the lads down. They will often disappear or creep out the house without telling anyone.
Person1: Woop, we all ready to go to town boys? Get the drinks in? Person2: Where's Ben? Person1: He's just left without telling anyone again, what a quinners, he must of gone to his girlfriends house secretly Person2: Queef
A term used to describe a male who spends most of their nights in town smashed, normally pulls girls and is concerned about being in shape. Very often a "Mcnarbles" will use anabolic steroids so they can continuouisly hit town, but still sculpt a decent body at the gym. Mcnarbles' pay no attention to speed or drink driving laws and have been known to get in many fights on a night out.
