Popular(?) kids marketing franchise from the early 80's, with a TV special show every year from 1980 to 1985. Also spawned a game, somewhere. The series got a somewhat short re-release in 1991, then a re-re-release in 2002, lasting until the present day. A proper TV series is now made, as well as some games, and of course, the somewhat creepy dolls. Also can be a derogatory term for girls who are short, with red hair, and a totally lush dessert.
