Belizean creole word use to say friend or close friend. Deriving from another creole word meaning brother in law or as said in it's native language bralee... Bally is the slurd or lazy way of say brother in law. Most commonly used to say friend by the locals.

Creole: Dis dah fih my bally.

English: This is my friend.
