A complete failure, usually wasting money and time. Can also mean two things that really don't go well together.
Definition 1: Person 1:"What are the boys doing?" Person 2: "They are Burrito Nandosing it and waiting in line for 3 hours to buy a lifetime supply of toilet roll" Definition 2: "Person 1:Mourinho has just joined Spurs." Person 2:Mourinho at Spurs? Sounds like a Burrito Nandos to me mate."
