A person from the country that has discovered technology, and has an industrious if somewhat partial understanding of it.

cox block

When your internet service provider (namely Cox Communications) blocks communication on one of your ports in order to prevent you from providing some service such as file sharing, or web page serving.

Since I'm cox blocked you have to use port 81 to see my web server.

Stewbert

A combination of the names Stewart and Colbert, hosts of the American talk shows "The Daily Show with John Stewart" and "The Colbert Report" which air back to back on Comedy Central.

I thought about going to vote in the primaries, but I decided to stay home and watch Stewbert instead.
