You call someone a biggie when he/she eats anything that has multiple servings in one serving.

Person 1 "Dude, your such a biggie you ate the whole bag of popcorn!"

It is an insult that replaces "retard" "idiot" "dick" and other insultes that fit the same context. It is an inside joke based off the September 2017 game called CupHead. It is made to look like a 1930 Disney cartoon.
