A Lance is an interesting individual, one who is very friendly and funny to be around -- but not in the ways you would expect. A Lance exumes a certain NPC energy, making random quips at a given time and will walk with such a purpose that his walking presence alone lets you know who he is.
Friend 1: Hey did you see Lance today?
Friend 2: Yeah, I did. He's starting to act like those Skyrim NPCs though....
