An act in which the receiver sits in the front seat of a snowed over vehicle and the giver (or the dancer) scrapes the ice off of the windshield in an act of seduction or kindness.
-"Babe will you go start my car? It's freezing outside"
"Better yet Megan I'll give you the ol' Minnesota Lap Dance"
-"Dude she's honestly the one for me."
"How do you know?"
