A condition characterized by: A tendency toward self-aggrandization; the inability to understand and to state the truth; nonsensical public ranting; uncontrollable narcissistic behavior; exploitation of others; delusions of grandeur; borderline intellectual functioning; the inability to form nontransactional relationships with women; the need to draw those around them into their own dysfunctional sphere of influence through social media; and a severe penile inferiority fixation.
