Courtney might be quiet, but don’t think it’s because she doesn’t care. Her form of affection is much more reserved, and often at a distance, but once you’ve spent enough time around her, you’ll see she’s sweet with just the right amount of sass.
Person 1: Who’s that girl who keeps coming to movie nights but sits quietly in the back?
Person 2: That’s Courtney. She’s great.
Ed is simultaneously smart and stupid, and that makes him awesome to be around. He’s the one you turn to for homework while also the one you perform (possibly drunk) shenanigans with. His laugh is contagious and frequent, making any amusing scenario that much better. Spend as much time as you can with Ed.
If you get drunk before an exam but somehow still ace it, you’re an Ed.
Robert is the funniest person you’ll ever meet. He gathers more insane stories in a year than most people do in a lifetime. He’ll take you on adventures and then retell them in a way that makes you relive them. Despite all that, he’ll still be down-to-earth when he needs to. Don’t let Robert get away.
Person 1: Who keeps making monkey noises at 3AM?
Person 2: That’s Robert. Go ask him to tell you the Michigan story.
Brock has a sense of humor dryer than the desert and a gaming problem, but he improves your life all the same. He’ll take some prodding to open up, but when he does, it’ll make you both happier. Cherish the moments you get with Brock in between his gaming marathons, as they’ll be both funny and interesting.
I stayed up for 32 hours playing the new Destiny 2 campaign, and that was somehow still less time than Brock!
Amara provides better company at 3AM than anyone else. She’ll take you on weird rabbit holes through games she likes, Instagram accounts she follows, or even airplane history, and you won’t even realize it’s nearly sunrise. If you don’t value your sleep (which you probably don’t), you’ll enjoy being friends with Amara.
Person 1: I pulled an all-nighter last night.
Person 2: Homework?
Person 1: No, I was playing the Wikipedia Game with Amara.
Eric is quiet, but that doesn’t mean he’s uncaring. He’s one of the most observant people you’ll meet, and he uses that to improve his friends’ lives however he can. When he does speak, it’ll probably be the funniest thing you’ve heard that day. Take every chance you can to be around Eric.
Person 1: Eric just posted another Slander…
Person 2: Guess my day just peaked.
