Coupetry (coo-pah-tree) is the ghetto take over of a government through aggressive and overbearing bull shit done under the black of the law. It involves a constant bombardment of throwing shit everywhere, hoping it sticks to your eyes long enough that you ignore how illegal the other stuff they're do is. Often done under an elected official by appointed members.
Donaldis Trumpis Orangis XLVII and his amica Felonius Must are to be monitored. They appear to be staging a Coupetry against the Democratic-Republic.
