An insulting word often used to describe someone's stupidity. Commonly used by the younger generation of 12 year olds who try to be hard but not sweary.

Douglas, those were my depression tablets, they aren't a snack you spazmoid!

The last name given to a special person, those with the last name of Burrows carry a curse called The POPADOM which basically makes them annoying and weird.
