Asks the question, "Is that true?" without "Is that". Synonym: Really?, Are you serious?, etc.

Pa: Paul Blart: Mall Cop was the number one movie in the box office this weekend.
Brijit: True?
Pa: Yeah, I'm as surprised as you are.
