A fart directed at someone during a phone conversation after posing a leading question. A skillful blutz involves asking the target a question regarding a topic with which they hold an interest, prompting an enthusiastic reply whereby one 'blutzes' them mid sentence.
You: 'Do you keep your ketchup in the fridge?' Them: 'Nah, it's full of preservatives so by the time...' You: *blutz Them: *silence You: 'I just blutzed you, are you OK?' Them: *laughs/*hangs up
