To use the hand, especially the fingers to cup, tickle, and violate the genital region of another person, especially the testicles. Skurping is not intended for sexual enjoyment or pain (it is not a punch or hit), but to demostrate dominance over the person being skurped; it is also meant to demoralize the one being skurped. Skurping can also be extended to any action that dominates another, for instance an insult can be called a "verbal skurp", etc. During a skurp the one skurping should usually yell "Skuuuuurrp!" It can be used as a verb or a noun.
(v.) I cried myself to sleep after Bryant skurped me so bad.
(n.) Aaron gave Kevin a hearty skurp to demoralize him when he began to get cocky about his man parts.
