A person who is the dominate person of the friend group/ leader of the friend group.

The name is usually used in an ironic/joke context and isn't taken seriously.

The name is used to refer to yourself and someone else.

"I'm the McDizzy Around here!"

"Yo, Whazzup McDizzy!"
