This campaign of trolling often involves distributing sensitive details, such as private documents, personal information, or pictures, through websites like Doxbin or other malicious platforms, leaving the victim vulnerable to various forms of harassment, cyberattacks, and even the infamous practice of "Pizza Bombing."

The term "Keene Effect" originated from a notorious online trolling incident that involved a person known as "Keene." The trolling campaign against Keene escalated to the point where the attackers not only engaged in typical trolling behaviors but also orchestrated "Pizza Bombing" by ordering numerous unwanted pizzas to their address without their consent or knowledge. This act caused significant inconvenience and discomfort to Keene, leading to the association of the term with similar malicious trolling efforts involving the distribution of personal information and the infamous pizza pranks.
