A phrase most commonly stated after a particularly clever comment, ex: a pun, a dis, in rare cases a well placed "your mom" or "so's your face" or "That's what she said." It is often associated with a third party, having heard said clever comment in another's conversation. Used in place of other put down-ish phrases, such as, "You just got served" or "Oh snap!" or "PWNED!" etc.
John: ...In short, it was a real come from behind victory. Ryan: That's what she said! Yitzach: ZING!
