What you say in IRC when some jackass keeps giving a channel stupid updates on current events even though no one gives a shit, and if they did they'd be watching it themselves and not fucking talking about it in IRC. Also used at the end (or what you wish was the end) of an uninteresting monologue in any form. Can be used like +1, win or \o/, but is kind of trite. Can be used to interrupt someone else's active conversation that you care nothing about and have nothing of value to contribute.
