This term refers to something that looks extremely queer. It can also be applied to something that exudes a sense of douchebaggery.
Fat kid: "Hey old man, don't you think my Ed Hardy pants are tight!!!" Old man: "What are you talking about?" Fat kid: "My jeans! Aren't they nice! I bought you a pair, so you can be a fresh jivin' douche-faggot like me." Old man: "Oh... you mean those Elton John Specials. Not for me, thanks!"
