Down Bad

To describe someone who cannot afford or who does not posses a certain item. a term native to the east.

Carl: "Aye Peter lemme borrow 5 dollars." Peter: "I don't even have it bro I'm down bad." Paul: "Yo Joe lemme borrow your charger I'm down bad !" Joe: "Damn bro."
