Someone who was rude, dishonest or a dick to someone and when someone calls them out for it they will come up with a bullshit claim too make them look like the victim so they will be supported and the actual victim will be disregarded and treated like the bad guy by their peers.
"But I thought she bullied that kid why is the kid being treated badly? She's a victimizer that is why."
