A fork of Rural Dictionary
Southern food, aka soul food. As in Fried Chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, collard greens and all the trimmings. Can also be used to describe foods such as chitlins or chitterlings, ham hocks, hog jowls, and cracklins.
"Hey Bo, Would you like some greazy?"
"Sue May, serve me up some o' that greazy!"
