Haya

Haya itself is derived from the word hayat which means life. It may be translated as modesty, shyness, self-respect, bashfulness, shame, honour, humility. Haya is also described as to be highly intelligent, responsilbe, well-liked and very hardworking. A Haya can also be mean and nice and be really critical about things. Lastly, Hayas always want to get 100% on whatever they may be doing.

Person A: Awe, you like him? Person B: HAHA! Person A: Go talk to him! Person B: Nawh, I'm okay! Person A: Wow. Ur so shy, stop being such a Haya.
