1. The thing in an older model of vacuums that "slurps" the chord back into the vacuum. 2. Someone who performs oral pleasures on a male, (as in "slurping" the "chord.")
Ex. Robert - I hate these new kinds of vacuums, you know? Like, at least the old ones had chord slurpers on them. Hannah - A what? Robert - You know, one of those things that slurps the chord back into the vacuum so I don't have to do it my self.
