A ran-together version of "for sure, though". It's used as confirmation or agreement for something.

Friend A: You wanna roll to this party with me? Friend B: Oh, fashodo! Just let me go throw on some clothes, man.

A playful way to refer to somone who you're somewhat close with. Most of the time it's used at the end of a sentence.

Person A: Hey, can I borrow $5? Person B: Alright, but I better have my money back tomorrow, cousin-boy. Person A: No problem.

a person, usually female, who as sexual relations, especially oral, with many people for little or no gain. See also ho and jd. Can be used as an noun or a verb.

Noun: You know that one girl Tina up the street? She a jump down. Verb: Tina was jumpin' down on every last one of them dudes at the party.
